Here is another photograph taken by Hendrik Ulanoswki whilst staying with us at Ross Bay.
“This is the Andromeda galaxy (M31). This objekt can be seen in a dark night with the naked eye as a pale fog-dot. With the binocular it can be seen better when you know where to look… but of course only a camera can make this bright pictures. Try to find the big W in the sky (Cassiopeia) to orientate.”
We intend to go and pay more attention to our dark skies down here at Ross Bay with no light pollution!
